There is not support to handle binary msg via web. Now you have echo response on binary. Also you can see it HERE. May you add it? MR #1149. Also need binary support async_send_to, sync_send_to , sync_broadcast , async_broadcast (NOT IMPLEMENTED IN MY MR)
