Scroll the carousel using mouse hold and drag, and mobile drag/swipe

Hi, would like to ask if there's any way to use the mouse to drag/ move the carousel on mousedown? same on mobile but user swipe the carousel with finger.

planning to replace the carousel on the site with cloud9 carousel. the carousel on this site is a wordpress plugin
