Cannot toggle dark/light theme in preview

Describe the bug
Hi, first of all thank you very much for the tool. It's really useful!

My problem is that, having vscode with dark theme, the live preview is really hard to use.
For the time being, my solution is switching all vscode to light theme when I need to use the preview.

It would be really useful if there was a setting or a command to switch/set the theme and apply it to the preview only.

To Reproduce

1. Set vscode to dark theme.
2. Open preview of API
3. Preview looks like the one in screenshots

Expected behavior
There should be the possibility to switch/set the theme of the preview.

Thank you for feedback.

We were actually aware of this, but it didn't get into 1.0.0.

We have couple of options:

• we can always force the light theme (even when VSCode is in dark mode)
• we can somehow utilize dark theme for SwaggerUI - Feature - New - Dark Mode Toggle swagger-api/swagger-ui#10216
• we can use different renderer, like Scalar API-Reference that supports switching the themes

We eventually went for following option:

we can always force the light theme (even when VSCode is in dark mode)

Independently of VSCode theme, preview using SwaggerUI will always render in light theme as the is the only official theme for the SwaggerUI. Forking SwaggerUI and maintaining the dark theme would be too much effort.
