Version issue - where can I find up-to-date intructions?

Hi Sergei,

I'm getting the following error when running SCUEAL:

Error:

Master node received an error:Current script requires at least version 2.0020090803 of HyPhy. Had version 2.5.0. Please download an updated version from http://www.hyphy.org or github.com/veg/hyphy and try again. in call to RequireVersion("2.0020090803");

Isn't version 2.5.0 higher than 2.0020090803.

I would be really grateful if you could point me towards some up-to-date instructions on the installation and running of SCUEAL as I am really struggling to get it installed and working. Does it only work with version 2.0020090803? Where can I get that specific version?

Dear @josephhughes,

The current version of SCUEAL is not compatible with v2.5.0. I am currently working on porting SCUEAL over to the new version as a part of another project. In the meantime, you can always use an older version of HyPhy (2.3.x or maybe even 2.2.x) to run the existing SCUEAL code.
