Pressing `i` repaints the line as of Fish 4.0

Previously, i would keep the terminal on the same line. Now, however, it adds a new line.

Here's a recording to demonstrate the behavior. Asciinema doesn't pick up the changes to the cursor shape, but I'm pressing i and escape in quick succession.
