[6.x] Calendar view (week view) - first day of the week not set from the locale (remain Sunday)

Bug description

My user's locale is set to French

In the month view, the first day of the week is Monday (lundi) -> OK
In the week view, the first day of the week is Sunday (dimanche) -> KO

How to reproduce

Open a collection in calendar view, week view.
