[6.x] Edit entry and resize browser: Page jumps to top if sidebar layout changes #12731

Bug description
If you edit an entry and you scroll down the page the page jumps to the top again, if you resize the browser and the layout of the sidebar changes (from the aside layout to the tab layout). The same behaviour also occurs in reverse (if the layout changes from tab to aside).
