Integrate and test MCP storage server with tg-miniapp for C4GT

🔧 What does this PR do?

This PR integrates and sets up the MCP Storage Server as part of the C4GT initiative. The server is configured to work with the tg-miniapp and has been tested locally with a Telegram bot frontend.

🛠️ Changes Made

• Configured mcp-storage-server locally
• Generated DIDs and delegation proofs using the w3 CLI
• Verified working /add and /receipt endpoints
• Created .env file for service configuration
• Connected tg-miniapp to MCP backend and verified upload flow
• Fixed bugs caused by misconfigured .env keys
• Documented setup instructions in README.md

📎 Notes

• Will update .env.example soon to include default MCP settings
• If this PR is merged, we can run this on a cloud server for testing via Cloudflare
