How to send a group of information in once sending

Hello everyone,

When I use the graphite plugin, I met a problem.
I want to monitor the system process information. but for one process, it may have many instances, which means I have a group information to send (do not know how many pieces). but for one trigger, the graphite just can send a piece of data. so how can I send the group of data to graphite?
