Description
Description
The current landing page design does not fully align with the visual theme, color scheme, and overall modern feel of the Music Blocks website. Several sections rely heavily on plain text with limited styling, which creates a noticeable design gap compared to the rest of the site.
What needs improvement:
Enhance UI consistency with the website’s existing color palette and design language
Improve layout structure using richer HTML elements (cards, icons, better typography, visual hierarchy, etc.)
Add more engaging visual components to make content more appealing and easier to navigate.
Why this is needed:
A cohesive and visually engaging landing page will improve first impressions, user experience, and overall credibility. It will also better reflect the creative and interactive nature of Music Blocks.
Goals
- Enhance UI consistency with the established website color palette and branding
- Replace plain text–heavy sections with richer layout components (cards, icons, better typography)
- Improve visual hierarchy to make navigation more intuitive and appealing
- Add more engaging interactive or graphical elements where appropriate
- Achieve a more cohesive and modern design by the mid-point milestone
Implementation Details (Proposed)
- Review and align landing page colors with the primary website theme variables (CSS)
- Introduce improved UI components such as cards, grids, icons, and call-to-action buttons for key sections
- Enhance typography with proper headers, spacing, and responsive sizing for readability
- Replace plain text blocks with structured content layout for better visual hierarchy
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices while updating styles
