using "Real Name" for rules?

i've noticed that bots are getting especially smug and just using the same blurb of text in their real names.
i would like if we could add rules to catch those.

i noticed they were just using plain text without any symbols in Real Names (the little sub-names you can set in steam)
a lot of mechinator bots had "Brought to you by Toadinator" in the real name without any of the salt characters when i posted this, doubt it changed

the program can see it, so why not?

okay, i get it now. if I get around to modifying rules schema (if that ever happens) I'll do it
