Move tests from https://github.com/systers/automated-testing/blob/develop/MACCTests2017/tests/unit/test_models_pcsa.py, and https://github.com/systers/automated-testing/blob/develop/MACCTests2017/tests/unit/test_pcsaGHN.py into their respective MACC apps.
