How to create a popup window in tauri?

So currently tauri can create child window.
But is there a way to create a popup in tauri so that i can block input from the main window?

If you need a "real" window then no, you'd have to make your frontend no-op yourself somehow. If you mean something like how window.alert behaves then maybe try the dialog plugin (once it's installed it also polyfills alert&confirm https://github.com/tauri-apps/plugins-workspace/blob/d865ed47685c3923e894f7d10ee4c037507037e6/plugins/dialog/guest-js/init.ts#L7)
