can't built and start the project of the tauri v2 accoding to the docs of the officail

I just accorrding to the guideline of the official docs https://v2.tauri.app/start/create-project/ and build an project with the cargo and use the commend here below:

and also I didn't do anything yet,

$ cargo install create-tauri-app --locked
$ cargo create-tauri-app

but when I start the initial project with the commend according to the docs, and I found the error like below, how can I make it correct ?

and also I didn't change anything, but can't start and run it at beginning,

OS: windows 10
rustc 1.90.0 (1159e78c4 2025-09-14)
Tauri v2

if you're still having this issue, deleting the Cargo.lock file should work 🤔 No idea how it got into a broken state though, our templates don't come with that file.
