[V2] Android SplashScreen

Does the mobile version currently support backend implementation of SplashScreen, or are there any solutions other than frontend implementation?

There's nothing in tauri land that helps you here but someone told me they were able to use the native kotlin splash screen by modifying the files in src-tauri/gen/android.
Can't give you any more info as I didn't see the implementations myself

Edit: I doubt it was a useful splash screen though, I feel like that would block tauri from loading...

I spent the entire afternoon trying to modify the files in the src-tauri/gen/android directory to invoke the native Kotlin splash screen, but there's still a brief black/white screen between it and the main program. Right now, it's unclear which step is causing this black/white screen issue.

hmm i can't remember the specifics but i know that i was able to get rid of all flashes for #1564 (comment) but that also basically removed the splashscreen.

Still, make sure you set the background color everywhere you can eg html, tauri.conf.json (or wherever you define the window), themes.xml
