macOS redraw error (Tcl/Tk 9.0)

When using an embedded frame in a tkpath window, the canvas is not redrawn.
Happens on macOS using Tcl/Tk 9.0.1 and 9.0.2. Works correctly using Tcl/Tk 8.6.16.

Have merged Marc's pull request. Paul, could you test if it solves your issue? Tx

Marc's patch solves the problem as shown in the embeddedframe test script.
But Manfred still sees redraw problems in his large tkpath based rattleCAD program.
He is trying to reduce the problems into a simple test script.
