New Bechmarks Seem Really Off, Rust <10,000 rps, PHP > 500,000 rps

Something seems really off about the last two benchmarks. Rust and Go frameworks which used to consistently get 300,000+ rps are now under 10,000 rps. Meanwhile PHP frameworks are breaking 500,000.
