Would recommend making the inserts on the screen protector a little think. Inserts break quite easily.

Could you upload a photo of how it broke? Also, what filament did you use? I am getting very solid prints with Nylon.

I'm using TPU.

TPU is not ideal for the screen protector because it's not rigid enough.
I suggest you to try with Nylon (best option) or alternatively with PLA or PETG

Here is a version with larger inserts (2 more layers). Could you please test it?
