QCM no choice defaults to first choice anyways

On the QCM view, not pressing any of the options but pressing "OK", it still works. It seems it defaults to first choice or something, but that's not ideal. Here the correct answer, Friedrich Engels (checked on wikipedia), was not selected before pressing "ok" on the previous screen, but it still let me press it and said "correct". I tried before also with other questions, and got "wrong" according to if the first choice was the correct one or not.

Just tested on real Oneplus phone, and it seems to block when no answers are selected, with the message to select one... !

I tested again on Oneplus : after having a failed attempt where I selected one of the answers, then I did not select a choice and just pressed and it had seemingly automatically selected one answer.
I think the selected state machine doesn’t reset on failure.
