Quest V81 1034 Breaks Opening Android Settings

LL can no longer open the Android Settings in v81. QGO has an update with a fix to open Android Settings.

I have a workaround to get to the hidden Android setting menu. Click the three dots to edit the Android settings icon, click on App Info in the upper right corner, and then click on open. Settings menu will appear in a small phone window.
