The TCGA-BRCA dataset is searchable on the website https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/, but nearly 1,098 entries are retrieved, and the labels for Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) and Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC) cannot be found. Could you share information about your download Manifest file?
