Windows support #68
Description
Title says it all; required for world domination. This is a feature I'm unlikely to implement myself as I am unfamiliar with the platform. All help is appreciated.
Using the Windows Subsystem for Linux is a possibility if pure Windows ends up being troublesome - that would require Windows 10, however - but we'll likely want a GUI first (see #67) in any case.
Related issues: #51. There is a likelihood of some Unix (if not Linux) specific code.
