Make the whole 'Selected Node' section (below) *only* appear when node actually selected.

In the current prototype, the area under 'Selected Node' is always present. One idea to simplify for the user would be to use javascript to only show the 'Selected Node' UI once a node was actually selected. So then the user would have a que that they needed to select a node first (before they could respond, get details, chat, etc).

A guess is that this calls for breaking the template up into two parts, with the second part injected during the AJAX action in the method Conversation.show
