Python client API docs are not rendering

The [Triton Inference Server In-Process Python API](https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/triton-inference-server/user-guide/docs/client_guide/python.html) page is missing all blocks defined with `.. code::` in the [source file](https://github.com/triton-inference-server/server/blob/main/docs/client_guide/python_readme.rst).
