Released textual-plot 0.7.0

I'm quite happy with this release since it contains some contributions from users and I quite like the (draggable) legend.

Added

• Add a plot legend, which you can target using CSS (Released 1.0.0 of Textual-SlideContainer, Textual-Pyfiglet, and Textual-Color-O-Matic #9).
• Added an invert_mouse_wheel parameter for switching zoom direction from @ddkasa (#13).

Changed

• Converted allow_pan_and_zoom to a keyword only argument (#13).
• The _scale_rectangle attribute is now a part of PlotWidget and no longer of Canvas.

Fixed

• Lots and lots of type annotations.
