Analysis: The code already has a limit parameter in both the GrafanaClient.query_loki() method and the MCP query_loki tool, both defaulting to 100. I need to add environment variable support to make this configurable.

Changes Made:

• Added DEFAULT_MAX_LOG_LINES = int(os.environ.get("MAX_LOG_LINES", "100")) to read from environment variable
• Updated query_loki tool to use DEFAULT_MAX_LOG_LINES instead of hardcoded 100
• Added tests to verify environment variable functionality

Implementation Complete! The feature has been successfully implemented and committed to the branch. Users can now set the MAX_LOG_LINES environment variable to control the default maximum number of log lines returned by the query_loki tool.
