Netlify bot does not report anymore

In the past, it seems like there was a netlify bot that would give a preview for a PR. See e.g. #161. But this doesn't happen anymore since this year. It would be helpful though. Can this be reinstated? Possibly together with some documentation how the Netlify setup works in general.
