uBO Lite - No Filtering still filters

Running uBlock Origin Lite 2025.3.23.1241 with Chrome version 134.0.6998.119 (Official Build) (arm64). I visit several sites that use Google AdSense advertising. Sites are in the "No Filtering" list yet I still don't see the ads. I've confirmed that filtering mode is set to No Filtering. The only way I can see the ads is to disable the uBO extension in Chrome. Any idea what's going on?
