Unable to load on safari on iOS

When I click manage extension and I toggle on ublock origin lite I get a unable to load error. I am using iOS 18.5 on iPhone 15 pro max and installed ublock origin lite from the App Store. Any idea what is going wrong on my side?

You need Safari 18.6
