need to fix folder name -- remove space

@SamLovesHoneyWater Your folder name with your two blogs has a space so it isn't able to be linked from the student page. If you find your blogs on https://ucsc-ospo.github.io/osre25/#studentpages you will see what I mean. Please fix that.
