[ISSUE]AFWall+ applies iptables rules immediately on boot, delay setting ineffective

Hello, thank you for developing AFWall+. I’ve encountered the following issue during use:

The “startup delay” setting has no effect — AFWall+ applies iptables rules immediately upon boot.

This causes network connectivity issues: I have to manually disable and re-enable AFWall+ to restore internet access.

In some cases, I even need to reboot the device and repeat the manual toggle to get connectivity back, which significantly impacts usability.

I suggest adding an option to disable AFWall+ from automatically applying rules on boot, so users can choose to control rule application timing via scripts or other mechanisms.
