Feature Request: Option to disable count-up animations in v3

I'd like to propose either removing the count-up animations for numeric values or adding a toggle in the settings to disable them.

While the animation might be visually appealing in some contexts, it doesn’t seem to provide a functional benefit — and in practice, it can be disruptive when working with reports:

• With the new tabbed interface in v3, switching between views is quick and smooth, but the delay from the count-up animation slows down access to actual data, which affects productivity.
• In some cases, the animation looks awkward — for example, when displaying time values (e.g., minutes), the counter animates through irrelevant intermediate values (like seconds) that disappear afterward, causing a visual jump and a moment of confusion.
• The animations can also negatively impact accessibility. Users with motion sensitivity or cognitive load issues may find the constantly changing numbers distracting or uncomfortable. Respecting user system preferences (like prefers-reduced-motion) or offering a toggle would help make the experience more inclusive.

This can especially impact users who rely on fast access to numerical insights for decision-making. A setting to disable animations would provide a better experience for data-focused users without affecting those who prefer the animated UI.
