setSpecialLinks broken #451
Description
When trying to use setSpecialLinks, I no longer get a "Special Links" drop down in the Insert/Edit Link modal. If I use options={{version: "1.63.2"}}, then I get the "Special Links" drop down. All versions after 1.63.2 do not give me the "Special Links" drop down.
