No page breaks and header and footer in the exported HTML

I am using EmailEditor with display mode `document` to create letters and trying to export HTML to send the html to the letter vendor. The exported HTML does not contain header, footer and it does not add page breaks automatically in case of long text. This results in improper page breaks and no header and footer in the letters. Is there any workaround?
