Request to add scripts for MSI installer creation

Hi,

This is a very nice and useful project. The only missing final part is a nice installer that sets it up for auto-startup and shows it in the Programs menu. This would make it easier to provision it on several machines. If we have a plan on creating such an installer then I would highly encourage that, or else I can hep thorough a PR for the same.
