[Bug] Android 11 connection issue

There seems to be a connection problem with Android 11.
To generate the error, you have to go into the Android settings and activate the “Always use VPN” option for this app.
I've tested it on my TV box, and when I turn off or restart Android, it doesn't connect. When I open the app, it says “Connected to 5 providers,” but that's not true. I have to disconnect and manually reconnect the VPN for it to work.
