Tutor issues that were worked around for a release

During the release I had to workaround the following points that may or not be issues:

• python-air could not be published yet, so no tutor page
• php-analysis could not be published yet, so not tutor page
• in typepal the examples directory was previously complettly added as a documentation, it had no text, just copies of the code in there. in quite a few places I've had to change the links in typepal documentation to point to something less precisice.
• drambiguity's jar doesn't contain any tutor files?
