Here are the milestones we concluded last time we spoke with Rich and Jacob's boss:

I suspect these are quite optimistic, but could we please discuss concerns, traige approach, and hope? My experience with ARUP stakeholders says its best to get to the "30% hope" or "there's 30% confidence we'll make this timeline" mark before re-baselining the milestones. Maybe we're there right now lol
