new AMReX database plugin

I've written a new AMReX database plugin with uses AMReX natively, rather than relying on old Boxlib:

Only cell-centered fields are supported for now. Since AMReX plotfiles don't include ghosts, the plugin creates global structured boundary metadata and allows VisIt to generate ghosts, which should enable crack-free isosurfaces, etc.

I plan to add particle support in the near future.

This looks great. We've had a ticket in the system for a long time related to this. We appreciate your efforts on this front. Are you planning to contribute it to our repo when its ready?

Yes, I'm happy to do so. I was going to create a PR for it, but I haven't been able to figure out the build_visit machinery to get it to build and link AMReX. Is that something you all can help with?

Absolutely. There is a shell script that can construct the basics for you, then you would fill out the necessary changes, you can take a look at other modules for assistance with that.
The script is src/tools/dev/scripts/bv_support/construct_build_visit_module.sh
If AMRex has a cmake build system, we prefer that be used over autotools.
Once you get started, if you need more help give a shout. I am happy to test and help flesh it out along the way.
