Question: Disable or modify dependabot Dockerfile update on release branches? #216

Dependabot fails to update the base image of this Dockerfile as it is trying to pull an image from harbor that it cannot reach
We do have this as well: https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/load-balancer-operator-for-kubernetes/blob/release-1.10.0/Dockerfile-for-github-ci which we can choose to keep up to date instead?
