This probably cannot be merged in this form because ZKPassport contracts are only on Sepolia, so we'd have to make OpChan use 2 RPC nodes (1 to fetch the claims, 1 to fetch the ENS)
(A)I did not figure out how to get the claims cached in the DB, so I will need help with that:-)
