Missing Information about disabling WebSockets

Since the breaking change in [v0.15.0](https://github.com/Aircoookie/WLED/releases/tag/v0.15.0) of WLED - which breaks /json/live (JSON live data/peek) when WebSockets are enabled - requires the user to disable WebSocktes to use eg. the live-view feature, there should be a guide in the [WebSockets section](https://kno.wled.ge/interfaces/websocket/) of the docs explaining how to disable them.
