just install the evolution data server docs.. i.e. on arch it is
sudo pacman -S evolution-data-server-docs
on debian based distros probably something like:
sudo apt-get install evolution-data-server-docs

When you open biblioteca it will be there

Maybe this works if you install Biblioteca natively, but it doesn't seem to work with Flatpak.
