Option to open links to references within Biblioteca itself rather than in a browser.

Desired behavior:

I want to click GtkListBowRow and have it open in a new tab in Biblioteca.

Current behavior:

It'll open up the link in my default browser

Thanks for the report but this issue is a duplicate of #24 and there's already work being done to solve it #64
