Setup Live Svelte with Ash Framework issues

I've setup a regular Ash Framework and followed LiveSvelte as per instructions in docs.
It seems LiveSvelte is not liking Ash as much as Phoenix.

Getting

unknown hook found for "SvelteHook"

Also, I've noticed that the data appears for a millisecond (flashes) and then will disappear. So it might be related to hydration

Hmm this is a classic works on my machine?

I've added a book directly to the DB since /books "Add New Book" didn't work.

The only thing I've changed is the path to app.js in root.html.heex
I've removed /js as that path didn't work for me.

Let me know if I'm missing something. Maybe force build everything again just in case?

Yes, deleting /js from the path did the trick. Thank you.
I wonder if that needs to be documented . Or at least reference my repo as starting point for Ash Framework and LiveSvelte setup
