xcube server to handle EASE Grids correctly #1179

Describe the bug
We would like to visualise a dataset in a EASE-Grid 2.0 with xcube viewer. The data is displayed with a shift in cells.
the shift to north or to south gets less when zooming in, however there is also a west-east shift visible.
