Folder/File Icons Based on Names

Display different folder and file icons based on their names, similar to how VSCode does.

For example:

Configuration files (e.g., package.json, tsconfig.json, etc.) could display their respective configuration icons.

For files, you can install plugins to customize icons, but for folders, there's no option to change icons based on the directory name. It would be great to implement a feature that would allow us to customize icons based on the folder name.
