Linking error when compiling http_client crate on windows

Summary

I'm getting following error, when compiling http_client crate on windows in --release mode:
buildlog.txt

As you can see, the error happens inside aws-lc-rs.

The error seems to be related to debug = "limited" entry in release profile inside Cargo.toml:

[profile.release]
debug = "limited"
lto = "thin"
codegen-units = 1

Commenting debug settings line out, seems to make the build go through.

I think, it's related to following issue: aws/aws-lc-rs#691 (and fix: aws/aws-lc-rs#694 ) - so I guess it will go away when the fix will be merged
