Inconsistent Cursor in Pop OS

When hovering over certain parts of the window, the cursor's functionality works correctly, but its appearance does not change accordingly—for example, it remains a pointer instead of switching to a scroll cursor when dragging the window.

This might be a bug. Is this already mentioned in Issues ?
I'm using :

• Zed 0.179.4
• Pop OS 22.04 LTS
