A setting to allow for changing the background color of any line that has text in it

Adding a setting like editor.non_empty_line.background would be appreciated

Maybe two options-- one for setting the background color that is just behind the text, and another for setting the background color for the whole line if it contains text

Can you give an example of what this looks like in another editor?

Basically like being able to set the highlight color of the text if it was all selected, but that background color stays even when the text is not selected

Sublime Text has a meta.line.nonempty property

In Neovim it would be something like:
